Aaron Rodgers is confident for the 2024 NFL season: ‘Jets are championship contenders!

Jets QB sought OC Nathaniel Hackett for trust.

Aaron Rodgers always has confidence. Despite last year's disappointments, the Jets quarterback is optimistic about the season.

Rodgers maintained his optimism about the Jets in a SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio interview with Adam Schein.

“I'm always confident, you know me,” Rodgers added. "If I'm on the field and performing well, we'll always have a chance.

Additionally, we're one of six to 10 teams who can win a title this year. So that's exciting."

On paper, the Jets have a strong roster, but 2023 proved otherwise. After four snaps, Rodgers tore his Achilles, ending his much-anticipated Jets debut.

The injury crushed the team's ambitions and devastated Gang Green fans. Rodgers' attempts at a comeback failed, and the Zach Wilson-led offense faltered while the defense excelled.

After a 7-10 season, head coach Robert Saleh and offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett return, and Rodgers' comeback raises expectations. This season is huge, and Hackett is under the most scrutiny.
