Apple Strawberry Smoothie

You probably prefer smoothies year-round like me. A smoothie or two is a daily staple.    

Healthy, quick, tasty, and nutritious. They are rich in vitamins, calcium, and fiber.  My kids prefer smoothies than ice cream, and I'm thrilled!   

The smoothie only a few basic ingredients that can be substituted with your favorite fruits.    

To Begin You Will Need:

More milk, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, or almond milk can substitute the yogurt and milk.   

– Frozen Strawberries – An Apple – Milk – Yogurt – Honey

As always, this sugar-free smoothie is straightforward to make. Blend the ingredients and you're done!   

How to Make this Delicious Smoothie

Put all the fruits in the blender. Add milk, yogurt, and honey and mix for a minute or two until creamy.
