Berry and Acai Smoothie Bowl

This recipe for a healthy smoothie bowl is the ideal solution for those mornings when you are wanting to take your fruit smoothie to the next level. 

This nutritious breakfast bowl is packed with flavor, especially considering that it is thick enough to be eaten with a spoon and that it is topped with raspberries, oats, coconut, and chia seeds.   

Ingredients: For the Smoothie Base: · 1 packet of frozen unsweetened acai berry puree · 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) · 1/2 banana (frozen for a thicker consistency) · 1/2 cup spinach or kale (optional for added nutrients) · 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice) · 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional) 

Toppings:  · Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) · Sliced banana · Granola · Chia seed · Coconut flake · Honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness) · Nut butter drizzle (such as almond or peanut butter) 

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Smoothie Base: · In a blender, combine the frozen acai berry puree, mixed berries, banana, spinach or kale (if using), almond milk, and protein powder (if using).

· Arrange your desired toppings on top of the smoothie base. Be creative with your arrangements and mix and match toppings for a visually appealing bowl. 

· Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
