Kiwi Chia Pudding is a nutritious and easy breakfast meal made with fresh kiwi fruit, nut milk, lime juice, honey, and green matcha tea for an energy boost.  

It's healthful, delicious, flavorful, and refreshing, with only six ingredients. I adore kiwis. I can eat this low-sugar, nutrient-dense fruit every day.  

This is definitely my favorite taste combination for chia puddings for the upcoming week.  

It's spicy and sweet, similar to my lemon chia pudding. Green matcha gives a delicate earthy flavor and a nice energy boost to start the day. Let us make it.  

Fresh Kiwi fruit: Add two for a vitamin C boost. It also contains Vitamin E and K, resulting in a remarkable nutritious profile.  

Matcha Powder: Boost your energy with a touch of green tea caffeine. Honey, a little goes a long way. Lime juice complements the kiwi fruits and tones down the earthy aromas of matcha.

Nut milk: Select creamy, unsweetened milk. I prefer cashew, walnut, and hazelnut milk. Chia seeds are the star of this kiwi chia pudding.

Topping options include more kiwi slices, shaved dark chocolate or chocolate chips, coconut flakes, shredded coconut, or coconut yogurt.
