Cottage Cheese Wrap


– 1 cup cottage cheese, (I used low fat Good Culture) – ¼ cup egg whites, or 1 egg – ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning – ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon Onion powder

– 2-3 oz peppered deli turkey meat, (I used Applegate Farms) – 3-4 slices yellow onion – 1 piece cooked bacon – 2 slices tomato – ¼ avocado, sliced – 1 teaspoon mayo, Dijon mustard or Chipotle Bitchin’ Sauce, mayo or dijon mustard – 1-2 pieces lettuce  -- salt and cracked pepper, to taste 


 Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cottage cheese, egg whites and seasonings in a blender until smooth.

Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray and pour cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment.

Spread in a thin layer and bake for 30-35 minutes or until wrap is cooked through and golden brown in spots.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then remove the wrap from the parchment paper 

and fill with desired ingredients. Wrap it up and cut it in half. Enjoy right away.
