Deion Sanders predicts 'dysfunction and upheaval' as Colorado football faces transition.

Deion Sanders has stated that he is not afraid to make difficult roster selections for Colorado in the face of "dysfunction and disruption."

The Buffaloes have lost multiple players this summer, but their coach is unconcerned by the number of departures.

Sanders, 56, has lost nearly 100 players to the transfer portal in the past two offseasons, according to 247Sports.

Much of the incoming class recruited in his first year will not be in Boulder for the upcoming season.

Cornerback Cormani McClain and running back Dylan Edwards were among the key players who left this offseason.

With so many players leaving Colorado, others have criticized Sanders, including former safety Xavier Smith, who questioned his coaching style

Sanders, along with his coaching staff, has accepted that he bears some responsibility

Now, there are those that you may try as much as you want, guy, and it's on us because we made mistakes.
