Enjoy Chia Coconut Pudding with Creamy Coconut Milk!

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of almond milk or any milk of your choice.  

Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey for sweetness.  

Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.  

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.  

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.  

In a separate bowl, mash 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries with a fork to release their juices.  

After the chia pudding has set, layer it with the mashed blueberries.  

Optionally, add a layer of whole blueberries on top for texture.  

Drizzle additional maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness if desired.
