Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

A fruit and yogurt smoothie is a delicious and healthy way to start your day, enjoy a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up, or cool down on a hot summer evening.  

The possibilities are endless when it comes to flavor combinations, so you can customize your smoothie to your liking. 

Ingredients: – ¾ cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt for extra protein) – ½ cup frozen fruit (such as berries, mango, pineapple, or peaches) – ½ cup fresh or frozen banana (for creaminess)

– ¾ cup liquid (such as milk, water, coconut water, or juice) – Optional: Honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar (for additional sweetness) – Optional: Spinach, kale, or other greens (for a nutrient boost)

Blend the yogurt, frozen fruit, banana, and liquid together in a blender until smooth. 

– Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar if desired. – If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add less liquid. For a thinner smoothie, add more liquid.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
