Smoothie made with almond butter, bananas, and oatmeal that is sweet and creamy.   

Quick and simple to whip up, this morning or post-workout snack is packed with flavor and energy. 

– 1 medium banana, frozen and cut into chunk – 1 tablespoon natural almond butter – 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


– 3 tablespoons oats (gluten-free if desired) Optional to sweeten: 1 teaspoon Agave or a sprinkle of Truvia

To make fine ground oats, put them in a blender and pulse a few times.    


For more sweetness, you can top it with almond milk, chunks of frozen banana, almond butter, or both. Puree the mixture. Enjoy by pouring into a large, chilled glass!
