Peanut Butter-Strawberry-Kale Smoothie

This PB&J-inspired green smoothie recipe makes for a quick 

and healthy breakfast you can easily take on the go. 

INGREDIENTS 

– 1 cup unsweetened soy milk – 1 cup frozen strawberrie – 1 cup chopped kale

– 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter – 1 tablespoon honey – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2-4 ice cube

DIRECTIONS 

Combine soymilk, strawberries, kale, peanut butter, honey,

 vanilla and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth.
