Yum Strawberry Matcha Chia Pudding

Snack time has just become better! Introducing a rich, creamy MATCHA chia pudding with a vivid fresh strawberry compote  

It tastes as lovely as it appears! It's also high in fiber and healthy fats (hello, omegas!) thanks to chia seeds.  

It's softly energizing and ideal for preparing and eating throughout the week, or (if necessary) sharing with friends  

Only 15 minutes active time and 7 components are required! Let us make it!  

It all starts with MATCHA (our softly energizing green tea bestie, loaded with antioxidants and the soothing amino acid L-theanine)! We've previously used it in lattes,  

That could have been the best decision we made this year. We combined it with dairy-free milk   

(a blend of coconut and almond for creaminess without being too heavy), maple syrup for sweetness, and vanilla to accentuate the tastes.  

Then, add the chia seeds to make it a thick, fiber-rich pudding! A huge 2 tablespoons of chia seeds each serving has 7 grams of fiber,  

plethora of omega 3 good fats, and an abundance of vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin K, B6, magnesium, iron, and selenium.
